   Country Sign Up Sheet

 

Information Hand Out

*drop off 5:50 - 6, pick up 7:50 - 8 PM*

 

5:30 p.m. Troops set up booths.

6:00 p.m. Touring begins

 

Please note: Please remember to bring garbage bags with

your troop number on it to store the troop's coats during

the evening. Also, please bring a gallon water bottle to put

on the central table in the cafe for all girls to be able to visit.

Finally, please bring cleaning supplies to neaten your area

as if we had never been there. Paper towels, bags for trash,

cleaning supplies, dust pan and brush, etc would be good.
